Nepal Take on Italy in T20 World Cup 2026 Today

Nepal will play Italy today in their second match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, aiming for their first win of the tournament.

The match will be held at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, India, and will start at 3:15 pm.

Nepal lost their first match against England by just four runs. While chasing a target of 185 runs, Nepal scored 180 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs.

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 is being hosted jointly by India and Sri Lanka. Nepal will play four group-stage matches in India.

Nepal have played in the T20 World Cup twice before but have never reached the next round.

All of Nepal’s matches in this tournament are being played at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Nepal are in Group C along with West Indies, England, Scotland, and Italy. Nepal began their campaign against England.

Scotland qualified for the tournament through ICC rankings after Bangladesh refused to take part in the World Cup in India.
