Nepal Rastra Bank has published the official foreign exchange rates for Saturday.
The US dollar, which had been rising over the past two days, has slightly dropped.
The buying rate is now Rs 136.05 and the selling rate is Rs 136.65, compared to Thursday's Rs 136.73 and Rs 137.33.
The euro is being bought at Rs 154.51 and sold at Rs 155.19, while the UK pound is at Rs 183.67 for buying and Rs 184.48 for selling.
The Swiss franc is trading at Rs 164.85 (buying) and Rs 165.58 (selling), and the Australian dollar at Rs 87.94 and Rs 88.33. The Canadian dollar is Rs 98.50 for buying and Rs 98.93 for selling, and the Singapore dollar is Rs 105.81 and Rs 106.28.
Ten Japanese yen are valued at Rs 9.50 for buying and Rs 9.54 for selling, while the Chinese yuan is at Rs 18.94 and Rs 19.02. The Saudi riyal is Rs 36.27 (buying) and Rs 36.43 (selling), and the Qatari riyal is at Rs 37.33 and Rs 37.49.
The Thai baht is Rs 4.17 and Rs 4.19, and the UAE dirham is Rs 37.04 and Rs 37.20. The Malaysian ringgit is set at Rs 32.16 and Rs 32.30, and 100 South Korean won are valued at Rs 9.94 and Rs 9.98. The Swedish kronor is at Rs 14.28 for buying and Rs 14.34 for selling, and the Danish kronor at Rs 20.71 and Rs 20.80. The Hong Kong dollar is traded at Rs 17.37 and Rs 17.45.
Among the highest-valued currencies, the Kuwaiti dinar is at Rs 443.61 for buying and Rs 445.56 for selling, the Bahraini dinar is at Rs 360.85 and Rs 362.44, and the Omani rial is at Rs 353.40 and Rs 354.96.
