Nepal Rastra Bank Sets Today’s Foreign Exchange Rates

Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today, Sunday. According to the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at Rs 142.54 and sold at Rs 143.14. The European euro is being bought at Rs 166.94 and sold at Rs 167.65. Likewise, one UK pound sterling is bought for Rs 190.63 and sold for Rs 191.44, while the Swiss franc is being bought at Rs 179.17 and sold at Rs 179.93.

Among other major currencies, the Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 94.16 and sold at Rs 94.56. The Canadian dollar has a buying rate of Rs 103.30 and a selling rate of Rs 103.74. Similarly, the Singapore dollar is being bought at Rs 110.28 and sold at Rs 110.74.

For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen are being bought at Rs 9.06 and sold at Rs 9.10. One Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs 20.24 and sold at Rs 20.33. The Saudi Arabian riyal has a buying rate of Rs 38.16, while the Qatari riyal is being bought at Rs 39.12 and sold at Rs 39.28. One Thai baht is being bought at Rs 4.53 and sold at Rs 4.55. The UAE dirham is being bought at Rs 38.81 and sold at Rs 38.97, and the Malaysian ringgit is being bought at Rs 34.96 and sold at Rs 35.11.

Similarly, 100 South Korean won are being bought at Rs 9.64 and sold at Rs 9.68. The Swedish krona is being bought at Rs 15.30 and sold at Rs 15.37, while the Danish krone is being bought at Rs 22.34 and sold at Rs 22.44. The Hong Kong dollar is being bought at Rs 18.32 and sold at Rs 18.40.

Among Middle Eastern currencies, the Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at Rs 464.04 and sold at Rs 466.00. The Bahraini dinar has a buying rate of Rs 378.06 and a selling rate of Rs 379.65. Likewise, the Omani rial is being bought at Rs 370.23 and sold at Rs 371.79.

Finally, the exchange rate for Indian currency has been fixed at Rs 160.00 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling per 100 Indian rupees.
