In the U-19 One Day International (ODI) match held at the Mulpani Cricket Ground on Sunday, Afghanistan set a target of 169 runs for Nepal.

Batting first, the Afghan team was bowled out for 168 runs in their allotted 50 overs. Mahboob Khan was the top scorer with 58 runs, followed by Roohullah Arab with 27, and Uzairullah Niazai with 19. Other players managed smaller contributions, and many failed to reach double digits.

Nepal's bowlers put up a strong performance. Santosh Yadav led the attack, taking 3 wickets. Bipin Sharma and Cibrin Shrestha grabbed 2 wickets each, while Abhisekh Tiwari and Aprajit Poudel took 1 wicket apiece.

Nepal will now look to chase down the 169-run target to win the match.
