Nepal wrapped up the Unity Cup T20 Series with a 2–1 victory, despite suffering a ten-wicket loss to the West Indies in the third and final match at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, UAE, on September 30.

 

The defeat gave the West Indies their first win of the series, but Nepal had already secured the title with back-to-back historic victories in the opening two games against the two-time T20 World Cup champions. Nepal edged the first match by 19 runs and dominated the second with a resounding 90-run win.

 

In the final clash, Nepal were bowled out for 122 runs in 19.5 overs after being sent in to bat. The West Indies chased down the target with ease, reaching 123 without loss in just 12.2 overs.

 

Opener Amir Jangoo starred for the West Indies with an unbeaten 74 off 45 balls, while Ackeem Auguste added an unbeaten 41 to seal the comfortable victory.
