Nepal Airlines Cancels Dubai and Doha Flights Amid Gulf Airspace Closure

Nepal Airlines Corporation has cancelled its Kathmandu–Dubai–Kathmandu (RA 229/230) and Kathmandu–Doha–Kathmandu (RA 239/240) flights scheduled for March 2 and 3, 2026.

The airline said the flights were cancelled due to the current situation in the Gulf region and the closure of airspace there, which has affected flight operations.

The corporation apologized to passengers for the inconvenience caused by the cancellations.

For upcoming flights to and from Dubai, Doha, and Dammam, the airline has asked passengers to go to the airport only after checking official updates. Travelers are advised to confirm their flight status through the airline’s official website, social media pages, or designated contact numbers before heading to the airport.
