Minister Gurung Highlights Need To Regulate Social Networks

Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, emphasized the importance of regulating the negative impacts of social networks. 

He announced that preparations for a bill to address these issues were underway. Gurung made these remarks while inaugurating the 13th edition of the Pokhara Festival in Kaski. He also reaffirmed the government's commitment to creating employment opportunities and advancing sectors like education, health, and infrastructure. 

Gurung stressed the need for tourism infrastructure in Pokhara and the conservation of Phewa Lake, as well as the completion of the inner ring road to ease traffic congestion.
