Celebrity Affected By Wildfires

Wildfires in Los Angeles have destroyed more than 1,000 buildings, including homes owned by Hollywood actors Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, as well as actor Billy Crystal. Similarly, Paris Hilton is devastated over the loss of her home. Her house in Malibu burned down as a result of devastating wildfire. 
Over 100,000 people, including celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis, Mandy Moore, and Maria Shriver, were forced to evacuate as flames spread rapidly through the city’s upscale neighborhoods, including Pacific Palisades. The largest fire consumed nearly 12,000 acres in the area, which is home to many stars.
Meester and Brody's home, purchased in 2019 for $6.5 million, was affected, as was Crystal’s home of over 40 years. Shriver described the devastation, saying everything, including local restaurants, was lost. Actor James Woods, who also evacuated, shared that the fire engulfed houses around him. 
A separate fire in Hollywood Hills forced evacuations near the Walk of Fame, although it hasn't yet reached iconic landmarks like the Hollywood sign.
