Major Currencies See Decline in NRB Latest Exchange Rates

The Nepal Rastra Bank has announced today’s (Saturday) foreign exchange rates, showing a drop in most major currencies.

The exchange rates for the US dollar, Australian dollar, euro, pound sterling, Kuwaiti dinar and Bahraini dinar have decreased again after a small increase yesterday.

Today, the buying rate for 1 US dollar is 136.46 rupees, and the selling rate is 137.06 rupees. Yesterday, the buying and selling rates were 136.96 rupees and 137.56 rupees, respectively.

The euro is being traded with a buying rate of 146.99 rupees and a selling rate of 147.63 rupees. Yesterday, it was 147.70 rupees and 148.35 rupees.

The pound sterling has also dropped, with today’s buying rate at 176.42 rupees and selling rate at 177.19 rupees against yesterday's 177.18 rupees and 177.95 rupees.

The Australian dollar is being traded at a buying rate of 85.86 rupees and a selling rate of 86.24 rupees, lower than yesterday’s 86.46 rupees and 86.83 rupees.

The Kuwaiti dinar has also decreased, with today’s buying rate at 442.51 rupees and selling rate at 444.45 rupees against yesterday's 444.06 rupees and 446 rupees.

The Bahraini dinar has seen a slight drop, with today’s buying rate at 361.97 rupees and selling rate at 363.56 rupees against yesterday's 363.27 rupees and 364.86 rupees.
