Jeep Accident in Palpa Kills 3, Injures 8

A jeep accident in Chiwriwas, Nisdhi Rural Municipality-4, Palpa, killed three people and injured eight others on Friday.

The jeep, with the number plate Lu 1 Ja 3908, was traveling from Arun Khola in Mityali to Rampur when the accident happened, said Home Prakash Chaudhary, Deputy Superintendent of Police and spokesperson for the District Police Office. The identities of the three people who died have not been confirmed yet.

The eight injured passengers were rescued and taken to Madhyabindu Provincial Hospital in Eastern Nawalparasi for treatment. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
