In the Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket, Janakpur Bolts have won their third consecutive match.
In the first game today, they defeated Pokhara Avengers by seven wickets, maintaining their unbeaten streak. Pokhara set a target of 139 runs, which Janakpur chased down by losing three wickets with 17 balls remaining.
Janakpur's foreign player Lahiru Milantha scored 45 runs, Ashif Sheikh made 33, and James Neesham remained not out at 40 runs. Pokhara, batting first after losing the toss, scored 138 runs in 20 overs, losing 7 wickets.
Pokhara's top scorer was Marcus Critchley with 35 runs. For Janakpur, Lalit Rajwanshi took three wickets. This is Pokhara's second consecutive loss.
