Gold, Silver Prices Hit New Record in Nepal

Gold and silver prices in the domestic market of Nepal climbed to new record highs on Tuesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The price of hallmark gold increased by Rs 300 per tola to reach Rs 309,300 on Tuesday. On the previous trading day, Monday, hallmark gold was priced at Rs 309,000 per tola.

Silver prices also registered an increase. Silver, which was traded at Rs 6,765 per tola on Monday, rose to Rs 6,870 per tola on Tuesday, the federation said.
