On Tuesday, the price of gold in the Nepali market increased by Rs 900.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, on the third trading day of the week (Tuesday), the price of gold rose by Rs 900, reaching Rs 305,500 per tola.
Earlier, gold prices had surged by Rs 9,500 on Sunday and by Rs 4,100 on Monday.
Despite the rise in gold prices, silver recorded a slight decline. The federation reported that silver is being traded at Rs 5,240 per tola.
On Monday, silver was traded at Rs 5,250 per tola. Compared to Monday, the price of silver decreased by Rs 10 on Tuesday.
