Gold and Silver Prices Rise in Nepal; Gold Hits Rs 243,000 per Tola

Gold and silver prices in Nepal saw an upward trend on Thursday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The price of hallmark gold increased by Rs 700 per tola, closing at Rs 243,000, up from Rs 242,300 on Wednesday. Silver also gained Rs 35, trading at Rs 3,185 per tola, compared to Rs 3,150 the previous day.

Traders attribute the rise to increased demand in the domestic market amid ongoing fluctuations in international gold rates.
