Foreign Exchange Rates for Major Currencies, April 12

The Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign exchange rates for April 12. 

According to the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at NPR 137.37 and sold at NPR 137.97. The Euro is traded at NPR 156.02 for buying and NPR 156.71 for selling, while the British pound stands at NPR 179.78 on the buying side and NPR 180.57 on the selling side. 

The Swiss franc is exchanged at NPR 168.38 for buying and NPR 169.11 for selling. The Australian dollar is being bought for NPR 85.71 and sold for NPR 86.09, whereas the Canadian dollar is valued at NPR 98.80 for buying and NPR 99.23 for selling. The Singapore dollar is being traded at NPR 104.03 for buying and NPR 104.48 for selling.

For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen are worth NPR 9.63 when buying and NPR 9.67 when selling, while the Chinese yuan is exchanged at NPR 18.82 for buying and NPR 18.90 for selling. 

In the Gulf region, the Saudi riyal is traded at NPR 36.59 for buying and NPR 36.75 for selling, and the Qatari riyal is valued at NPR 37.68 and NPR 37.85, respectively. The UAE dirham is being bought at NPR 37.40 and sold at NPR 37.56. The Kuwaiti dinar is priced at NPR 448.64 for buying and NPR 450.60 for selling, while the Bahraini dinar stands at NPR 364.42 and NPR 366.00, and the Omani rial is set at NPR 356.82 for buying and NPR 358.38 for selling.

Among other currencies, the Thai baht is traded at NPR 4.10 for buying and NPR 4.11 for selling. The Malaysian ringgit is valued at NPR 31.06 for buying and 
NPR 31.20 for selling. One hundred South Korean won are worth NPR 9.60 for buying and NPR 9.64 for selling. The Swedish krona is being exchanged at NPR 14.00 for buying and NPR 14.06 for selling, while the Danish krone is being traded at NPR 20.89 and NPR 20.98, respectively. The Hong Kong dollar stands at NPR 17.71 on the buying side and NPR 17.79 on the selling side. 

Lastly, the exchange rate for 100 Indian rupees has been set at NPR 160.00 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling.
