Denied Meeting, Gen-Z Activists Protest at PM’s Office

Unable to secure an appointment with Prime Minister Sushila Karki, a group of Gen-Z activists staged a protest outside the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Monday.

The group, led by Miraj Dhungana and Sudan Gurung, had gone to submit a memorandum alleging that the PM’s personal secretary, Adarsha Shrestha, appointed his relatives and spouse to government posts.

When they were told the Prime Minister could not meet them, the activists began chanting slogans and expressing frustration at the office premises.
