Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Balen Shah is maintaining a massive lead in Jhapa-5.
Shah has received 34,863 votes, while CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has secured 9,068 votes.
Similarly, Mandhara Chimariya of the Nepali Congress has received 974 votes, and Ranjit Tamang of the Nepal Communist Party has secured 862 votes.
