All-Party Meeting at PM’s Residence Emphasizes Election Readiness

An all-party meeting held at Prime Minister Sushila Karki’s official residence in Baluwatar on Friday evening concluded with political parties stressing the need for the government to focus on preparing for the upcoming elections. 

Representatives from the Election Commission, security agencies, and major political parties attended the discussion.

Leaders highlighted that the current government should act as a caretaker administration, concentrating solely on ensuring smooth elections and maintaining law-and-order. 

While some parties expressed readiness to participate, the Prime Minister assured full government support for the electoral process and a timely transfer of power to the new government.
