Gen Z activist Sudan Gurung met Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane at Nakkhu Prison on Thursday.
Gurung said he proposed that all alternative political forces should unite, and Lamichhane responded positively to the idea. Lamichhane urged Gurung to join hands in a collective effort to “build the nation.”
During the meeting, Lamichhane claimed the previous government acted out of revenge and subjected him to injustice. He insisted that he deserves a fair and swift legal process, saying the accusations against him are so extensive that “even 200 years wouldn’t be enough to fight them all.”
Lamichhane asked Gurung to help push for an expedited resolution of his case, and Gurung assured him that efforts would be made from their side.
