28 Players Enter Training for Women's T20 World Cup Asia Qualifiers

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has selected 28 players for the preliminary phase of the Women's T20 World Cup Asia Qualifiers. The qualifiers will be held in Thailand in May.

The players have been named for a closed training camp ahead of the tournament. Among the selected players are captain Indu Barma, Rubina Chhetri, Bindu Rawal, Alisha Kumari Yadav, Sanaa Praveen, Rajmati Airee, Helisa Gurung, Kajal Shrestha, Somu Bista, Sangita Rai, Alisha Khadiya and Roma Thapa.

Other players selected include Kabita Kunwar, Ishwari Bista, Pooja Mahato, Kabita Joshi, Manisha Kumari Upadhayay, Sabnam Rai, Simana KC, Rachna Kumari Chaudhary, Samjhana kumari Khadka, Riya Sharma, Ruvi Poddar, Sita Rana Magar, Yashoda Bista, Anu Kadayat, Manisha Bohara and Laxmi Saud.

CAN has announced that the closed training camp for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifiers will begin tomorrow.
