NPL 2024 Winner To Receive 11 Million Cash Prize

The Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) has announced the prize money for the Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2024. According to the announcement, the winning team of the tournament will receive a cash prize of Rs 11 million. The runners-up will be awarded Rs 5.1 million. The teams finishing in third and fourth place will also get cash prizes, with the third-place team receiving as 2.5 million and the fourth-place team Rs 1.5 million.

In addition to the team prizes, CAN has also decided to reward the best Nepali player of the tournament with a car. This prize is aimed at encouraging local talent and highlighting the performance of Nepali cricketers during the league.

The NPL playoffs are set to begin on Wednesday, with the top four teams making it to the final stage of the competition. These teams are Sudurpaschim Royals, Janakpur Bolts, Chitwan Rhinos, and Karnali Yaks. The playoffs will determine which team wins the tournament and takes home the grand prize, with the other teams receiving their respective rewards based on their performance.
