Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has decided to distribute a 9.2489% bonus, including cash and bonus shares, from its annual profit.

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has decided to provide a bonus of over 9% to its shareholders.
The company will distribute a total of 9.2489% from its profit for the fiscal year 2080–81 BS. According to company secretary Priti Shrestha, this decision was made during the company’s 38th board meeting held on Monday.
Of the total bonus, 1.2489% will be given as bonus shares, and 8% will be provided as a cash dividend. This means shareholders will receive additional shares as well as direct cash benefits.
The company has stated that the bonus distribution will take place only after receiving approval from the regulatory authority and passing it in the upcoming general meeting. Shareholders will have to wait until all necessary approvals are completed.
