RZM brings 15 and 16-seater electric vehicles to the Nepali market.

Fifteen and sixteen-seater electric vehicles from China's famous company Shangchi RZM Auto have arrived in the Nepali market. These RZM brand electric vehicles have been brought to Nepal by National Motors and Rathi Trading together.
At an event in Kathmandu, Sanjay Kumar Agrawal, Managing Director of National Motors, Dinesh Kumar Rathi, Managing Director of Rathi Trading, and Ken Sun, International General Manager of Shangchi RZM Auto, officially announced their partnership.
At the event, Manoj Khatiwada, CEO of RZM Auto Nepal, discussed the reasons for bringing the RZM brand to Nepal and highlighted the features of the vehicles. Manoj Bikram Shah, Executive Director of National Motors, spoke about the history and current status of National Motors and SML Isuzu while introducing the new RZM brand. During the program, new customers were also handed over the keys to their vehicles.
The 15-seater electric vehicle from the E-Five series is equipped with a 53.58 kWh third-generation CATL battery, which has been proven to provide an average range of 250 kilometers on a single charge, regardless of road conditions. On smooth roads, it can achieve a range of over 300 kilometers. WLTP standards, its range is 300 kilometers. The vehicle has a ground clearance of 200 mm, a peak power of 100 kW, a rated power of 50 kW, and a torque of 300 mm.
Similarly, the 16-seater R-Five model has a wider body structure. It is equipped with a 77.28 kWh third-generation CATL battery. The vehicle features a motor with a peak power of 120 kW, making it easy to drive on both uphill and downhill roads. It has a rated power of 60 kW and a torque of 350 nm.
With new technology, these vehicles can be fully charged in just 45 minutes using a 60 kW charger. The market price of the E-Five model is set at 54 lakh 25 thousand NPR, while the R-Five model is priced at 73 lakh 50 thousand NPR.
