Rain Likely Across the Country, Heavy Showers in Some Hilly Areas

The Weather Forecasting Division has mentioned that it will continue to rain in many parts of the country this afternoon and tonight.

They said light to moderate rain, along with thunder and lightning, is likely in some hilly areas—especially in Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces. A few other areas around the country may also see similar weather.

There could be heavy rain in one or two places within Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.

Tonight, the weather is expected to stay similar. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning may occur in the hilly areas of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, as well as in some other parts of the country.

Heavy rain is also possible in one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces during the night.
