Priyanka Chopra Pays Tribute to Late Nepali Actor Sunil Thapa

Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra has expressed her condolences on the passing of veteran Nepali actor Sunil Thapa.

On social media, Chopra shared a heartfelt tribute, saying she will always remember him. She posted a clip from the film Mary Kom, recalling Thapa not only as a co-actor but also as a mentor who guided her in life.

Chopra thanked Thapa for his support, care, and guidance during a difficult time after her father’s death.

“You will always be my Coach Sir,” she wrote. “Even when I didn’t understand, you treated me like family and helped me through hard days.”

She added that Thapa’s laughter, warmth, and inspiring personality will always stay in her memories.

Priyanka also sent her sympathy to Thapa’s family and loved ones, saying, “From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness and support in my darkest times.”

Sunil Thapa had worked with Priyanka in the 2014 hit film Mary Kom, where he played her trainer. Their strong on-screen and off-screen bond made them very close.
