Nepali Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, (Prachanda), has asserted that his party will emerge as the largest in the upcoming House of Representatives elections on Falgun 21.
Addressing a central committee Zoom meeting on Thursday, Dahal ruled out any electoral alliance with major parties, including the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML. He emphasized that speculation about possible alliances circulating on social media is unfounded.
Dahal further stated that the NCP is poised to win more seats than CPN-UML, describing UML as a party now rejected and disapproved by the public. He made it clear that his party will contest independently without forming any electoral coalitions this time.
