Police have arrested four individuals in Kathmandu with NPR 95,17,500 in cash, the source of which remains unverified. 

The arrest took place around 4 PM on Sunday near Pashupati Vision at Pingalasthan, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-9. The suspects were on two motorcycles and appeared to be in a suspicious condition, prompting police to conduct a search. Upon inspection, authorities found the large amount of cash and detained the individuals for failing to provide a valid explanation for its origin. 

The arrested persons have been identified as Samundra Jamkattel (29) from Tarkeshwor municipality-3 (Kathmandu district), Ganesh Rai (43) from Saptakoshi municipality-1 (Saptari) Santosh Gurung (31) from Dordi rural municipality-3 (Lamjung) and Santosh Ghimire (39) from the same village. Police have stated that further investigation is underway.
