PM KP Oli Pays Party Levy and Membership Fee

Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has paid his annual party levy and membership fee as per party rules.

On Wednesday, Oli visited the party’s central office and submitted the payment to the Finance and Fund Management Department.

According to party rules, UML members, especially those holding positions of benefit—like MPs and ministers, must pay an annual levy and membership fee. As Prime Minister, Oli paid Rs. 25,000 per month, totaling Rs. 3,03,600 for one year.

Party office secretary Dr. Bhishma Adhikari confirmed that Oli also paid the Rs. 300 monthly membership fee, which is required from all party members.

This act follows the party's regulation requiring leaders and members to contribute financially to support party operations.
