PM KP Oli Inaugurates 2569th Buddha Jayanti

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli officially inaugurated a special event held in Lumbini to celebrate the 2569th Buddha Jayanti and Lumbini Day.

The program took place at the International Buddhist Conference and Meditation Center in Lumbini. During the event, the chief executive emphasized the importance of spreading Lord Buddha’s message of peace around the world.

Participants included Chairperson of the Lumbini Development Trust and Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Badri Prasad Pandey; Chief Minister of Lumbini, Chet Narayan Acharya; federal and provincial ministers; members of the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly; high-level officials; representatives of diplomatic missions and international guests.
