New Mother, 19, Found Dead Near Home; Police Probe Underway

A 19-year-old woman named Tulsi Nath was found dead near her home in Kailashpur, Gauriganga Municipality-7. She had recently given birth.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Rajkumar Singh, the police are still looking into what happened.

DSP Ran Bahadur Chand from the Malakheti Area Police Office said that Tulsi's body was found in a drain just outside the main gate of her house.

Her baby boy, who is only 16 days old, was found alive at the spot and has been rescued.

The cause of her death is still unknown, and the police have not ruled out the possibility that someone may have harmed her.
