Dipendra Singh Airee played a half-century, raising Nepal’s total to some extent. He became the second Nepalese player to score a fifty in the T20 World Cup, after Subash Pakurel. Dipendra scored 58 runs off 47 balls before getting out. Meanwhile, Sompal Kami remained unbeaten on 26 runs.
Other contributors were Lokesh Bam with 13, Asif Sheikh 11, Rohit Paudel 5, Arif Sheikh 2, Kushal Bhurtel 1, and Gulshan Jha 11 runs.
