Nepal Rastra Bank sets forex rates: USD at Rs 147.92/148.52

Nepal Rastra Bank has set today’s foreign exchange rates.

The buying rate of 1 US dollar is Rs 147.92, while the selling rate is Rs 148.52.

For European currencies, 1 euro is being bought at Rs 170.59 and sold at Rs 171.28. The UK pound sterling is at Rs 197.45 for buying and Rs 198.25 for selling. The Swiss franc stands at Rs 188.11 (buying) and Rs 188.87 (selling).

Among other major currencies, the Australian dollar is Rs 104.92 for buying and Rs 105.35 for selling. The Canadian dollar is Rs 108.44 for both buying and selling, while the Singapore dollar is Rs 115.78 (buying) and Rs 116.24 (selling).

For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen equals Rs 9.30 for buying and Rs 9.34 for selling. The Chinese yuan is Rs 21.52 (buying) and Rs 21.61 (selling). The Saudi riyal is Rs 39.40 and Rs 39.56, while the Qatari riyal is Rs 40.47 and Rs 40.63.

Other currencies include the Thai baht at Rs 4.55 (buying) and Rs 4.57 (selling), UAE dirham at Rs 40.27 and Rs 40.44, and Malaysian ringgit at Rs 37.77 and Rs 37.92. The South Korean won (per 100 units) is Rs 9.91 for buying and Rs 10.95 for selling.

Similarly, the Swedish krona is Rs 15.88 and Rs 15.94, while the Danish krone is Rs 22.83 and Rs 22.92.

The Hong Kong dollar is Rs 18.87 for buying and Rs 18.95 for selling. The Kuwaiti dinar is Rs 482.45 and Rs 484.41, the Bahraini dinar is Rs 391.74 and Rs 393.33, and the Omani rial is Rs 384.21 and Rs 385.77.

Finally, 100 Indian rupees is exchanged at Rs 160 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
