Nepal Rastra Bank Fixes Friday Rates: USD at Rs 147.92

Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today (Friday).

According to the bank, one US dollar is being bought at Rs 147.92 and sold at Rs 148.52. The euro is valued at Rs 169.69 for buying and Rs 170.37 for selling, while the UK pound sterling stands at Rs 196.39 for buying and Rs 197.19 for selling. Similarly, the Swiss franc is priced at Rs 185.91 for buying and Rs 186.66 for selling.

Among other major currencies, the Australian dollar is being traded at Rs 104.11 for buying and Rs 104.54 for selling, and the Canadian dollar at Rs 107.68 for buying and Rs 108.12 for selling. The Singapore dollar is set at Rs 115.27 for buying and Rs 115.74 for selling.

In Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen is valued at Rs 9.30 for buying and Rs 9.34 for selling, while the Chinese yuan is priced at Rs 21.44 for buying and Rs 21.52 for selling. The Saudi riyal stands at Rs 39.40 for buying and Rs 39.56 for selling, and the Qatari riyal at Rs 40.57 for buying and Rs 40.74 for selling.

Likewise, the Thai baht is traded at Rs 4.50 for buying and Rs 4.52 for selling, and the UAE dirham at Rs 40.28 for buying and Rs 40.44 for selling. The Malaysian ringgit is valued at Rs 37.55 for buying and Rs 37.70 for selling, while 100 South Korean won is set at Rs 9.86 for buying and Rs 9.90 for selling.

Among European currencies, the Swedish kronor is priced at Rs 15.73 for buying and Rs 15.79 for selling, and the Danish kronor at Rs 22.71 for buying and Rs 22.80 for selling.

Other currencies include the Hong Kong dollar, which is being bought at Rs 18.88 and sold at Rs 18.96. The Kuwaiti dinar stands at Rs 482.45 for buying and Rs 484.41 for selling, the Bahraini dinar at Rs 391.79 for buying and Rs 393.38 for selling, and the Omani rial at Rs 384.21 for buying and Rs 385.77 for selling.

Meanwhile, 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
