Nepal Opt to Bat Against Malaysia in Final Asian Games Qualifier Group Match

Nepal is facing Malaysia today in the final group-stage match of the Asian Games qualifiers being held in Singapore. After winning the toss, Malaysia elected to field first, sending Nepal in to bat.

Nepal is aiming to secure a victory and finish as the group winner. The team had already qualified for the Asian Games from Group ‘A’ after defeating China by a massive margin of 221 runs in their opening match.

From the two-group tournament, the top two teams from each group qualify for the Asian Games. Nepal and Malaysia confirmed their qualification after China lost both of its matches in Group ‘A’.
