Nepal Face Sri Lanka in SAFF U-19 Championship Today

Nepal will play their first match of the SAFF U-19 Championship today (May 11) against Sri Lanka. The match will be held at the Golden Jubilee Stadium in Uttar Pradesh, India and will start at 7:45 am Nepali time.

Nepal have played Sri Lanka twice before and won both matches. Six South Asian countries are taking part in the championship, except Pakistan.

Nepal will play their second match against host India the day after tomorrow.

Group ‘B’ comprises Nepal, India and Sri Lanka whereas Group ‘A’ includes the Maldives, Bhutan and Bangladesh.
