House Meets Today at 11 a.m.; Finance Minister to Present Budget Bills

The House of Representatives is meeting at 11 a.m. today at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor.

During the session, Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel is expected to present two important budget-related bills: the Appropriation Bill, 2082 and the National Debt Collection Bill, 2082.

He will also answer questions from lawmakers about the government's income and spending plans for the fiscal year 2082/83.

In addition, the meeting will present the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Powers and Procedures) (First Amendment) Bill, 2079, along with a message received from the National Assembly.
