Foreign Currency Update: Dollar, Dinar Down; Euro, Pound Rise

The Nepal Rastra Bank has released foreign exchange rates for today (May 15), showing that the US dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, and Bahraini dinar have continued to fall in value, just like they did yesterday.

The Nepal Rastra Bank has released foreign exchange rates for today (May 15), showing that the US dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, and Bahraini dinar have continued to fall in value, just like they did yesterday. 

Meanwhile, the euro, British pound, and Australian dollar have become stronger. The US dollar is now being bought at NPR 136.14 and sold at NPR 136.74, slightly lower than yesterday's rates of NPR 136.24 (buying) and NPR 136.84 (selling). 

The euro has increased to NPR 152.76 (buying) and NPR 153.74 (selling), up from NPR 151.36 and NPR 152.02. The British pound also rose, now at NPR 181.51 (buying) and NPR 182.31 (selling), compared to yesterday’s NPR 179.95 and NPR 180.74. At the same time, the Australian dollar is stronger today, with buying and selling rates at NPR 88.05 and NPR 88.44, rising from NPR 87.36 and NPR 87.74. In contrast, the Kuwaiti dinar dipped slightly to NPR 442.92 (buying) and NPR 444.87 (selling), down from NPR 442.97 and NPR 444.92. 

The Bahraini dinar also saw a small drop, now at NPR 361.14 (buying) and NPR 362.73 (selling), compared to NPR 361.40 and NPR 362.99 yesterday.
