Foreign Currency Rates Fixed by NRB for Today

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced today’s foreign currency exchange rates. The buying rate of one US dollar is Rs 143.97 and the selling rate is Rs 144.57. Similarly, the euro is being bought at Rs 167.55 and sold at Rs 168.25, while the UK pound sterling stands at Rs 192.96 for buying and Rs 193.77 for selling. The Swiss franc has been fixed at Rs 179.66 for buying and Rs 180.41 for selling.

Among other major currencies, the Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 96.27 and sold at Rs 96.67, the Canadian dollar at Rs 103.48 and Rs 103.91, and the Singapore dollar at Rs 111.82 and Rs 112.29. The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.12 and the selling rate is Rs 9.16, while the Chinese yuan is priced at Rs 20.63 for buying and Rs 20.72 for selling.

According to NRB, the Saudi riyal is being bought at Rs 38.39 and sold at Rs 38.55, while the Qatari riyal stands at Rs 39.39 and Rs 39.55. Other rates include the UAE dirham at Rs 39.20 and Rs 39.36, Malaysian ringgit at Rs 35.34 and Rs 35.49, and 100 Indian rupees at Rs 160 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling. The bank has also fixed rates for currencies such as the Thai baht, South Korean won, Swedish krona, Danish krone, Hong Kong dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar, and Omani rial.
