Finance Minister Khanal Assures Full Resources for Upcoming Elections

Finance Minister Rameshore Khanal has said that the government will make sure there is enough money and resources to hold the upcoming elections.

Speaking at the Nepal Tourism Symposium organized by the Nepal Tourism Board and Parisuchak Media on Friday, he said the government’s main priority is to successfully conduct the elections.

He said it is now time to focus more on improving the economy. According to him, the biggest challenge is to move past ongoing political instability and concentrate on development.

The minister also admitted that the previous government’s promise to provide industry-level facilities to the tourism sector has not been fully carried out.

He added that the government is doing its best to strengthen the country’s economy and has already introduced several new policies to support economic growth.
