Effect Of Earthquake In Nepal

Although there was no human loss due to the earthquake, epicenter in China, some physical structures in Nepal were damaged. 

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the police post building in Bhote Koshi Rural Municipality-4, Sindhupalchok, has cracked due to the earthquake. Similarly, a shed in Ramechhap was also damaged.

In Kathmandu, a person was injured after jumping from the roof of a house in Syuchatar. Furthermore, in Bara, 11 students from the 7th and 8th grades of Trichandra Secondary School in Devkota, Ward No. 1, Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City, fainted. After receiving treatment, their health has returned to normal, and they have been discharged.
In Okhaldhunga and Solukhumbu, some uninhabited houses sustained damage, Ministry reports.
