In a fresh political move, Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Harkaraj Rai, popularly known as ‘Sampang’, has applied to the Election Commission to register a new party under the name Rastriya Sanskriti Party.
According to officials, Rai himself was present at the commission to submit the necessary documents. The commission confirmed that the application is under review and the documents are being verified.
