Crest Micro Life Insurance IPO Open for General Public

Crest Micro Life Insurance has opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. 

The company floated the IPO after completing the first round of share distribution that allocated 10 percent shares to the Nepalis working abroad. 

The company had received permission to issue 22 lakh 50 thousand shares worth NPR 22 crore 50 lakh, which is 30% of its total issued capital of NPR 75 crore. 

Similarly, 3% has been distributed to the company’s employees and 5% to mutual funds. For now, the company has issued an IPO of 18 lakh 45 thousand shares worth NPR 18 crore 45 lakh, for which the public can apply until Monday (March 10).
