Tribhuvan University to Introduce Online Certificate Application System

Tribhuvan University’s (TU) Examination Controller’s Office has announced that students will soon be able to apply for certificates, including transcripts, online starting next month.

Examination Controller Pushparaj Joshi confirmed that the new system will enable students to submit applications for various certificates from home, reducing the need for physical visits and making the process easier. 

To support this initiative, a new server and software are being developed, with full implementation expected within two weeks. The online service will allow students to apply for certificates such as transcripts, rehabilitation, and character certificates.

Once the application is submitted, the requested certificates will be sent to the nearest regional office, eliminating the need for students to travel to Kathmandu.

Additionally, TU has introduced a system for printing mark sheets at respective campuses, while regional offices have already begun checking answer sheets.
