South Africa outclassed Nepal by four wickets in the Hong Kong Sixes Cricket Tournament on Friday, ending Nepal’s hopes of advancing from the group stage.

Chasing a modest target of 59 runs, South Africa raced to victory in just 3.4 overs. Blake David Simpson remained unbeaten on 30, while Jorich van Schalkwyk and Abdullah Beyoumi added 17 and 16 runs, respectively. Nepal’s Lokesh Bam took two wickets.

Earlier, Nepal struggled with the bat after being sent in, managing only 58 runs in six overs. Rashid Khan scored 16, while South African bowlers Simpson, Van Schalkwyk, and Beyoumi shared two wickets each.

Nepal will now compete in the Bowl League alongside three other teams, playing two matches today and facing UAE tomorrow. The top two teams will move on to the Bowl Final.
