Sanima Reliance Life Insurance set to conduct AGM on Chaitra

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has announced that its annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Chaitra 8 at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11 AM.

During the AGM, the company will propose a 1.2489% bonus share and an 8% cash dividend for shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2080–81. In addition, the meeting will discuss and approve the company’s annual report, profit and loss statement, and cash flow details.

Since issuing bonus shares will increase the company’s capital, the memorandum of association will be amended accordingly. Other key agendas include relocating the company’s registered office and approving corporate social responsibility (CSR) expenses.

The company has set Falgun 26 as the book closure date, meaning only shareholders who hold shares until Falgun 25 will be eligible for the proposed dividend.
