The mission to bring back the two stranded astronauts by NASA and SpaceX in space has been halted. According to BBC, Mission Crew-10, which was planned to return astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore from the International Space Station (ISS), has been stopped.

Also, a machine of SpaceX, Falcon-9, was supposed to be sent and bring back those two, but due to some problems seen in the machine, the projection from America has been adjourned. SpaceX has not confirmed how many days the machine will take to be fully repaired. The responsibility has been given to the other four astronauts to bring them back in the Falcon-9.

The two astronauts traveled to the ISS on June 5 last year using Starliner spacecraft. It was a test mission to check if the spacecraft could safely carry astronauts to and from the space station. They were supposed to return in eight days, but due to technical problems, they have been stuck in space for 280 days.

Furthermore, American President Donald Trump has submitted the responsibility to Elon Musk for their safe return. NASA has stated that SpaceX’s Falcon-9 rocket may be launched again this coming Saturday to facilitate their return.
