PM Sushila Karki Thanks CPN for Supporting Successful Elections

Prime Minister Sushila Karki thanked the Communist Party of Nepal for supporting the successful conduct of the election.

CPN leaders, including former Prime Ministers Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Madhav Kumar Nepal, met Karki at Baluwatar, where they also discussed the recently concluded House of Representatives election and current political issues.

Karki expressed gratitude for their role in creating a favourable environment for a peaceful and democratic process and congratulated the winning leaders.

In response, CPN leaders praised Karki’s leadership, saying the election helped steer the country away from a potential crisis. Prachanda noted there was no alternative to elections, while Madhav Nepal said her leadership ensured stability and protected the constitution despite challenging circumstances.
