PM Oli Arrives in Spain for UN Development Finance Conference

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has arrived in Madrid, Spain to attend the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development organized by the United Nations. The high-level conference focuses on mobilizing financial resources to support sustainable development goals around the world.

Upon his arrival at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, Prime Minister Oli was warmly welcomed by Nepal’s Ambassador to Spain, Shanil Nepal, and Nepal’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Lok Bahadur Thapa.

The Nepali delegation, led by Prime Minister Oli, left Kathmandu on Saturday night and reached Madrid via Doha, Qatar. According to the schedule, the delegation will travel to Seville, the host city of the conference, later this evening to begin official engagements.
