NRB Updates Today’s Foreign Exchange Rates

Nepal Rastra Bank has released the foreign currency exchange rates for Thursday. According to the central bank, one US dollar is being bought at Rs 143.52 and sold at Rs 144.12.

The exchange rate for the European euro has been fixed at Rs 167.77 for buying and Rs 169.48 for selling. Similarly, the UK pound sterling is being bought at Rs 193.76 and sold at Rs 194.57. The Swiss franc is trading at Rs 180.26 for buying and Rs 181.01 for selling.

Among other major currencies, the Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 96.73 and sold at Rs 97.14, while the Canadian dollar stands at Rs 103.97 for buying and Rs 104.41 for selling. The Singapore dollar is priced at Rs 112.01 for buying and Rs 112.48 for selling.

The rate for 10 Japanese yen has been set at Rs 9.17 for buying and Rs 9.21 for selling. The Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs 20.49 and sold at Rs 20.58. Likewise, the Saudi Arabian riyal is trading at Rs 38.27 for buying and Rs 38.43 for selling, while the Qatari riyal is set at Rs 39.37 for buying and Rs 39.54 for selling.

The Thai baht is being exchanged at Rs 4.58 for buying and Rs 4.60 for selling. The UAE dirham has a buying rate of Rs 39.07 and a selling rate of Rs 39.24. Similarly, the Malaysian ringgit is being bought at Rs 35.37 and sold at Rs 35.52.

For 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is Rs 9.92 and the selling rate is Rs 9.96. The Swedish krona is trading at Rs 15.61 for buying and Rs 15.68 for selling, while the Danish krona stands at Rs 22.45 for buying and Rs 22.55 for selling.

The Hong Kong dollar is being bought at Rs 18.43 and sold at Rs 18.51. The Kuwaiti dinar is trading at Rs 469.97 for buying and Rs 471.75 for selling. Likewise, the Bahraini dinar is being bought at Rs 380.73 and sold at Rs 382.23, and the Omani rial stands at Rs 372.79 for buying and Rs 374.35 for selling.

Finally, Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the exchange rate of 100 Indian rupees at Rs 160 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
