NRB sets today’s exchange rates: USD at Rs 149.64 buying, Rs 150.24 selling

Nepal Rastra Bank has set today’s foreign exchange rates.

According to the bank, 1 US dollar is being bought at Rs 149.64 and sold at Rs 150.24. One euro costs Rs 173.12 for buying and Rs 173.81 for selling, while the UK pound sterling is at Rs 200.38 for buying and Rs 201.19 for selling. The Swiss franc is priced at Rs 190.01 for buying and Rs 190.77 for selling.

Among other currencies, the Australian dollar is set at Rs 105.89 for buying and Rs 106.31 for selling, the Canadian dollar at Rs 109.04 and Rs 109.48, and the Singapore dollar at Rs 117.01 and Rs 117.48.

For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese yen are valued at Rs 9.43 for buying and Rs 9.47 for selling, while the Chinese yuan is at Rs 21.73 and Rs 21.82. The Saudi riyal stands at Rs 39.85 for buying and Rs 40.01 for selling, and the Qatari riyal at Rs 40.94 and Rs 41.11.

Similarly, the Thai baht is priced at Rs 4.58 for buying and Rs 4.60 for selling. The UAE dirham is set at Rs 40.74 and Rs 40.91, the Malaysian ringgit at Rs 37.98 and Rs 38.14, and 100 South Korean won at Rs 9.99 and Rs 10.03.

In European currencies, the Swedish krona is valued at Rs 16.07 for buying and Rs 16.14 for selling, while the Danish krone is at Rs 23.17 and Rs 23.26.

Other currencies include the Hong Kong dollar at Rs 19.10 for buying and Rs 19.17 for selling. The Kuwaiti dinar is the highest among them at Rs 488.06 for buying and Rs 490.02 for selling. The Bahraini dinar stands at Rs 396.34 and Rs 397.93, and the Omani rial at Rs 388.68 and Rs 390.23.

Finally, 100 Indian rupees are being bought at Rs 160 and sold at Rs 160.15.
